These special areas have certain job titles, knowledge, skills, abilities (KSA) and tasks that are typically associated with them. DoD Directive 8140, Cyberspace Workforce Management Policy (replacing 8570) supports the NICE framework initiative which is critical to choosing the qualified personnel for cybersecurity jobs.
